These records document the general planning activities of the Executive Committee, which was comprised of Kimball, Stuart G. Gibboney, Randolph Perry, and U. S. Congressmen Carter Glass, Howard W. Smith, and Sol Bloom. The subseries contains mainly correspondence between Committee members and associated material regarding the organization of meetings and activities and relevant Congressional bills, resolutions, and acts, specifically those concerning appropriations.
