Proposed library plans. Photographs of interior drawings and floor plans, circa 1938
Scope and Contents
Some of these files consist of miscellaneous materials, such as invoices and lists covering limited time periods, and a few focus on the role of special libraries. The Union Library Catalogue of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area appears to have been an extension of a WPA project, and Vanderbilt was involved with both. The date of the photographs of the proposed museum library designs is uncertain. No related correspondence has yet been found.
