Of note in this subseries are the few files regarding disaster plans as well as a 1920 report prepared by a five-member committee appointed by Philadelphia's Mayor J. Hampton Moore. With most of the works of art in storage and requiring insurance, done at a cost to the City, the Mayor directed the committee to make recommendations regarding the storage, restoration and exhibition of the Johnson Collection.
