The work of Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, Masahisa Fukase, and Daido Moriyama helped define Japanese photography in the years following the Second World War. Michael Hoffman, Adjunct Curator, Alfred Stieglitz Center, and Mark Holborn, Editor of Aperture, chose works by each artist for an exhibition of 160 photographs.
