This subseries consists of formal reports, summaries and other papers that Trustees received for their meetings, primarily those held from the mid-1960s to mid-1970s. It appears that the museum President's secretary, Madeleine S. de Miege, compiled and maintained most of this material as her file of Board of Trustee meetings.
