This collection contains the personal files and papers of John L. Goldstone, attorney to the French artist Fernand Léger. It contains correspondence between John L. Goldstone, and Fernand Léger, between Fernand Léger and various peoples, and between John Goldstone and others, notably museum curators and directors, art collectors, and galleries regarding the sales and exchanges of Léger's artworks.
