Scope and Contents
The Shore-Kiesler Collection features correspondence between John E. Shore and Lillian Kiesler, the widow of the visionary architect Frederick Kiesler. The collection also includes press clippings, museum correspondence, and exhibition announcements. The correspondence between Shore and L. Kiesler began when Shore purchased drawings from L. Kiesler's collection. John and his wife Ronnie were introduced to Lillian Kiesler through Cynthia Goodman, whose correspondence is included.
