Scope and Contents
This series contains catalogues for various exhibitions from 1926-1965. The catalogues from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts are for the Annual Exhibitions of Painting and Sculpture and Water Color, Print, and Miniatures, and for the Regional Exhibition of Paintings, Sculpture, Prints and Drawings. Other catalogues come from museums such as the Art Institute of Chicago and the Whitney, or from art organizations such as the Philadelphia Art Alliance. Of particular note is a Chirico exhibition catalogue in French with a note addressed to Horter from Albert C. Barnes.
