Clippings comprise the bulk of documentation, most of which pertain to European monuments. The types of monuments illustrated include tombs and headstones in addition to commemorative statues and other structures. Kimball's references to "walls" consists of an excerpt from an 18th century publication and an article in a 1934 issue of Garden Gossip.
