Scope and Contents
This subseries, comprised primarily of correspondence and various reports, documents the museum's activities to raise not only funds but also public awareness of its growing importance as an international art repository and as an institution committed to the welfare of its community. The first subseries focuses on the development of fundraising policies and programs while the second subseries features the programs and services targeted to reach a more general audience, through special events, museum publications, public outreach and visitor amenities.

The collection is open for research. Because of its fragile condition, the following item may only be consulted with permission of the Archivist: floor plan with annotations of PMA Gothic installations (in "Objects and related topics" series, "European decorative arts and arms and armor" subseries, "Rooms and architectural elements" sub-subseries, "England.
