Armstrong, C. P., 1996-1997
Ephemera, photographs, clippings, and other material documenting the life and work of artists who respond, refer or otherwise reference Duchamp and his art in their own work. Of particular note are two player piano scrolls of Duchamp's "Erratum Musical," one played by Petr Kotik and the S.E.M. Ensemble and the other by Martin Kalve. Also noteworthy are the several collaged works of mail art sent to the museum by correspondence artist Ray Johnson.
Armstrong County Real Estate Quit-Claim Deed
A variety of topics, museum departments, and other institutions and individuals are documented in this series. The first subseries, which dates from 1973 to 1981, pertains primarily to Scott's work before his appointment as President of the museum. More in-depth are the remaining subseries. Each reflects his activities approximately throughout a particular fiscal year.
Army Quartermaster Depot
The files are labelled "Letters--Office of Buildings" and contain records created by the three superintendents of the building named above. Subjects included are accidents in the Museum, attendance, bills, Museum collections, monthly reports from the Park Houses, city offices and special projects, claims, and defence. There is correspondence with R. Sturgis Ingersoll, Board of Governors, and with Fiske Kimball, Director.

Correspondence dating from approximately 1965 – 1985; some correspondence is addressed to Medieval and Renaissance Decorative Arts (David duBon), The Kienbusch Collection of Arms and Armor (Donald LaRocca), Eda Diskant; some loan requests with correspondence from Anne d’Harnoncourt; contents sometimes referred to as “Past Correspondence.”

Arnold H. Jolles Records
As Assistant Director, Jolles' files include records and plans for the Bicentennial, records of the reinstallation in 1975, Corporate and Departmental Committee records and general correspondence. Also, there are eight feet of the Turner Records which deal with the transfer of authority from Turner to Jolles in 1977/1978. The first five series concern Jolles work as Assistant Director for Art, 1970-1977. The second five subseries concern Jolles role as Acting Director, 1977-1979.
