David DuBon joined the staff of the Philadelphia Museum of Art as Assistant Curator of Decorative Arts in 1958 and became Curator of Medieval and Renaissance Decorative Arts in 1966. He retired in 1985 but continued his affiliation with this institution as a Consulting Curator until his death in 1986.
