Custodial History

Most of the reference files are in filing cabinets and will remain there. An inventory of folders would be helpful. These cabinets are identified as Units I, J and K, each with four darwers, in room M2115. Box 5. These are legal size and oversized NON-PHOTOGRAPHIC images of the Museum and and the parkway. Most are reprints of photos or other reproductions of drawings and floor plans. The "Visual resources" series was assigned during the move project and is therefore tentative.

Consider consolidating series if possible.

Box numbers assigned to material in M295--Series 4. Buildings; and Series 11. Archives exhibitions and programs
